Purpose

FondsMaroc is an information and analysis tool covering Moroccan collective investment schemes (OPCVM). It is built from public data published by ASFIM (weekly performance tables) and from indicators recomputed by the publisher (risk-adjusted ratios, net-flow estimates, backtests).

FondsMaroc does not provide investment advice, personalised recommendations or financial canvassing within the meaning of the regulations of the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC). Past performance is no guarantee of future results. Data is provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy or completeness; it should be verified with the relevant management company before any decision.

Intellectual property

The source code, layout, texts and derived indicators produced by FondsMaroc (Sharpe, Sortino, Calmar and drawdown ratios, flow estimates, structured-product backtests) are the work of the publisher. The source data remains the property of ASFIM and of the management companies that publish it.

Re-use of FondsMaroc's analyses is permitted provided the source is cited and a link to the site is included. Reproduction of the code or any automated bulk extraction is prohibited without prior authorisation.

Liability

The publisher strives to ensure the accuracy of the information published but cannot be held liable for errors, omissions or service unavailability, nor for the use made of the information. Links to third-party sites do not engage the publisher's liability as to their content.
